As a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE), BBG participates in the Train Green program facilitated by DC Sustainable Energy Utility. Build Better Group team members receive free training and earn green infrastructure certifications through the program.

As a partner with the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, BBG team members have access to membership and training across EASRCC's network of training facilities. Build Better Group commonly employs EASRCC's members for General Construction projects.
